Xindong Rubber has whole set of production line. From raw material processing, to vulcanization, cutting, cleaning, final inspection and packaging. Each part will be inspected by certain person to avoid quality problem.
Xindong rubber has whole set of test equipment. Firstly, before manfuacturing in bulk quantity, we have machines to test rubber material quality of tensile strength and suitable manufacturing parameter. Secondly, each lot of finished rubber products will be tested by sampling about physical, chemical performance based on related ISO standard like ISO 8536-4 (2019) or ISO 8536-14(2016) for iv set components, ISO 7886-1(2017) for hypodermic syringe components, ISO 6710(2017) for blood collection system components. All products will be manfuactured under ISO standard.
